As a customer, you only need to contact our Customer Service by completing the necessary details in the estimation form. Our team will then contact you for consultation and survey visits to assist in calculating material needs and estimated costs, accompanied by a Bill of Quantities (RAB) guide. We will then choose the best contractor that matches the scope of the project. Proposal submission and the signing of the cooperation agreement contract (including payment method policies, as well as warranty details and changes) will be done after you approve the estimated results we have provided. The project will be supervised directly during the construction period by our QA/QC team and our responsible person, with regular reports on each payment stage.

We offer economical and competitive service fee rates starting from 5% of the agreed total Bill of Quantities (RAB).

Payments are directed to Rumabaru's account and can be made periodically, starting with a 10% down payment, followed by payments according to the percentage of project work progress.
